All cancellations must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

1. Subscription Orders

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
  • To cancel, log in to your account, go to your order history, and manage your subscription settings. You can also contact our support team at [your email].
  • Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase to be eligible for a refund.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 7 days, pre-orders are non-refundable but may be exchanged for store credit.
  • To cancel, log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the pre-order you wish to cancel.

3. Custom Orders

  • Due to the nature of custom-made items, cancellations are only allowed within 7 days of placing an order.
  • After 7 days, we begin processing your order, and cancellations or refunds will not be available.

4. One-Time Purchases

  • Standard orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be eligible for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • To cancel, log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the order you wish to cancel.
